How do I qualify to be a psychic on Mystic River?
We only hire experienced and tested psychics. Apply at www.mysticriver.ca or download the app, follow the instructions and apply within. once your application has been reviewed and excepted you will then get an email notice within 5-10 business days or sooner.

Will I receive notifications when an order from a client comes through?
Yes, please enable your push notifications during the app launch.

How much time do I have to deliver to a reading to the client?
It is important to maintain Mystic River delivery policy. You must deliver the clients reading within the allotted time frame request which ranges from 1 hour to 24 hours.

I was not able to deliver a reading in time, what happens now?
It is important to honor the costumer's order in the correct time frame. Failing to deliver a reading in the time needed may result in disciplinary action such as suspension, account review or even termination.

How can I generate more income and a bigger reputation on Mystic River?
It all begins with great reviews, availability and quick delivery. It is important to let your clients know that you are not only accurate but efficient. Being available as often as possible will help you not only increase your income but your reputation too.

I received a bad review, what can I do to change it or remove it?
Although we understand the frustration of a bad review it is also important to allow the client to voice their opinion and rate the reading they have paid for. Please contact customer service and if, and only if, we find that the rating is of no merit or if you feel the rating system is being abused we would review it and make a final decision.

How often do I receive my funds and when?
We pay the advisor via PayPal. Once the funds have cleared (10 days) you will then be able to withdraw your funds once they have reached a minimum of $50.00 or more. In what way I can communicate with psychics on Mystic River?
Mystic River allows for different types of communication such as, a prepaid video reading that is delivered to you within the 1hour/24hr, live chat or a live video. No matter what you choose the results and quality are there.

What is the delivery time for my reading?
Depending on the chosen reading, it will be delivered within the time of either 24 hours or within the 1 hour. You may also request a pay per minute reading via live chat\live video.

How long are video readings?
The 24 hour/1 hour readings are 3 min long.

How much do the readings cost?
The 1 hour reading is $15.00 and the 24 hour is $10.00. Live readings and chat readings prices depends on the rates set by a psychic.

My psychic did not deliver a reading on time, now what?
In the event that this should occur we will refund the full balance for the requested service and credit your Mystic River account.

Is there a limit to how many readings I can request?
You may have as many requests as you want.

I don’t want to be on camera, am I able to ask my questions only through text?
Yes, you are. You do not need to share a video with your psychic, however we do recommend it.

Is any of my information shared with advisors prior to my reading?
Absolutely not. We take great pride in our costumers’ privacy. The only information available to your psychic is your screen name, date of birth, gender and anything else you choose to share with your psychic.

I would like to have a live chat/live video reading. How do I do that?
It is simple, choose your psychic by browsing the profiles and then simply click on the psychic's profile and order your reading.
